Our revised working hours
Following the Prime Minister's announcement of a national emergency and ordering all of us to stay at home, please read below to find out what we are doing.
From 8.30 pm on Monday 23rd March we were all instructed to stay at home to help beat Covid-19. Of course as a nation we must pull together and do what we can by making only essential journeys and staying inside in line with the guidance we have been given.
As a business we need to be there to support our clients - fellow businesses - through these turbulent times. Compliance obligations need to be met alongside a need to discuss options as things develop over the coming weeks.
Our team have been moved to work from home and I would ask that if you need to contact any particular member of the team you email them and request a call back when it is convenient for you. The office will be open for a few hours every morning where we can accept post, take calls and accept records. If you need to drop records in to the office, if at all possible, please ring ahead to ensure that someone will be here and how to safely leave the records with us whilst making minimal contact and maintaining the recommended social distance.
If you call and the office is not manned at that point, please leave a message and your call will be returned. Alternatively please email a member of the team and they can call you back. We are very much still working for you, please be patient with us if we cannot get immediate responses to you, we really are all in this together.
Stay safe and stay at home where possible.
